Please ensure that you read this policy thoroughly for the best shopping experience with Know Your Queen LLC. By placing an order on our website you are agreeing to the terms listed in our policies.
All raw bundle orders have a 5-10 business day processing period. During sale periods, raw bundle order processing can take up to 14 business days.
We are processing a high volume of orders and take a high level of care with preparing and packaging each order.
Custom wigs have a 14-21 business day processing period.
Hot tools and accessories have a 1-3 business day processing period.
Orders will not be processed over the weekend and during national holidays.
If you have a special event, please make sure to place your order in enough time to receive your package as we are only able to expedite shipping, NOT our processing time.
For the best experience with our raw hair, please make sure to follow the hair care instructions that are included in your package.

Please note shipping updates will not be provided via email unless the respective processing time has been met.
After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Shipping takes between 2-5 business days
After your order has been shipped, please refer to the carrier directly regarding any shipping and delivery updates. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
Note: We ship in three different packages. (Flat rate envelopes or Paks & medium boxes) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
When an order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. We recommend you contact the carrier directly to file a claim if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for ensuring this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
All address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. An address change request after this 12-hour period will result in a $5 reassessment fee.
WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!
Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.
Flat Paks: If the Pak seems flat or deflated, please refuse the package.
Medium/large boxes: This is a Know Your Queen Hair Collection box within the shipping box.
Hold package firmly(holding both boxes together) shake to detect that the content is inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Know Your Queen Hair Collection shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
