We do not accept returns or exchanges all sales are final

 

Returns or Exchanges are only required if there is a mistake made by Know Your Queen Hair Collection

 

Exchanges

All items must be returned to Know Your Queen Hair Collection. Within 10 days of receipt. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

 

All shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless the is a mistake made by Know Your Queen Hair Collection

Returns

Returns for a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

We highly recommend you don't make any plans until hair is received.
